I have visited here on numerous occasions, every time i have been there I have received professional and compassionate care for the animals I have taken there. Emergency vets have an incredibly hard job, these folks do a great job. My neighbor also used the vet and had a good experience as well.
From the time I called inquiring about devices, until I paid and walked out of the door, I received great service and empathy from the staff member I was dealing with. Such a warm welcoming with an unfortunate situation.
I took my cat here when I noticed there was blood in her urine. The vet told me her bladder was too small and that she could not collect a urine sample or even find her bladder on an ultrasound. After no additional testing they said it was probably a UTI and sent us home with antibiotics. After my cat's conditions did not improve, I took her to a regular vet who found it extremely alarming that they could not collect a urine sample or find her bladder. They then took an xray and found that she had stones in her bladder which would require surgery to remove. The negligence and lack of concern for my cat by people who are supposed to be experts in their field is extremely alarming. I would definitely take my animals elsewhere if you are in need of an emergency vet.

They are absolutely amazing! I went in for my sick cat and they were very attentive! They worked with us to give Zig (my cat) the best care and still be affordable for us. Again just absolutely amazing people!
