The pool is nasty green.
Bc they think their better then us since they live in nice homes and not have to worry about money.
Since these people bought it..it's like living in the ghetto and the most ridiculous part is they don't pass out mail..if u get mail u better send it somewhere cuz u will never see it. Cuz reality they don't care about this park or us.
And the new owners are not maintaining the park at all bc everything that brakes no one is fixing! So it just sits.
And what's funny is your lot in suppose to be clean.
And I recommend u not move in here..
AGAIN I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PARK FOR ANYONE.

Since apparently it didnt go to our rent.
Beautiful R.V. park with storage available on over 7 acres with mature trees, pool, pond, clean facilities, and plenty of area for kids to play and walk your dog. I highly recommend checking this park out if you are in the Tomball/Magnolia area.
If it's loke that then our rent should of gone way down
And they still refuse to us the real truth of why they evicted us..we have been for going on 8 years

This park is a joke.
Then they hired my husband but then fired him then,evicted us on half a month late whitch in the end we wernt late at all. And what's messed up is we have a 3 year old Lil girl and THE spoke lady says oh she so all,about the children.
Seen better looking RV parks a little run down looking grass to high trash high in dumpster

Ya right u threw us out over a lie. U must not be for children and she was taking money out of my husbands check but then lied to the court saying she never did that..so where the hell did our money go?
And THEY NEW ABOUT IT AND DID NOTHING.
This was a wonderful park under previous ownership and management. This park was always full with a waiting list. Not anymore. Lots of empty sites. People who were previously evicted are being allowed in just to fill sites. Very sad to see what is happening to this park. I moved one month ago to a nearby park and could not be happier.
New owner that doesn't care about anyone. Management is horrible. Double standards for tenants and different rules. Drama and more drama. Trash always over flowing. Laundry room and showers are nasty! Be careful you might get something you don't want. Glad I moved to another park. Cost less and drama free, and quiet and friendly. Not far from DPRV park.

They hired one manager that was stealing people rent money.
And it's funny how we are evicted but since the managers can't seem to their job my husband fixed the basketball goal so the kids could play.
