Doesn't answer phones no time on website open close or lunch, very rude, judge has no idea what he is doing can't even tell 1 apart from 3 just a horrible place to have to go only giving 1 star because I can't give 0
Im fed up. This city is a joke. I have been given the run around on trying to build a building in MY OWN YARD. the city engineer mike knows nothing of the code and is rude and cussed at me. I was told walk ins are welcome by another engineer so i drove over an hour to come see her and was turned away and said i needed an appointment. I dont know what else to do. I see why people go crazy now trying to deal with people who think they have authority over you because they can gove YOU a permit. When actually they just want to control ypu. Also these people are racists
Water keeps getting cut off with no warning. The property manager told me it's because of construction. They need to at least give warning. It's 530 am and I can't shower for work. This is completely ridiculous!!
keep calling and getting no response. I guess if you are a government worker you don't have to work or have any customer service because we are trapped into having them as a water company. Water keeps going out with babies at home its not good. Why do we pay for a service like water when we don't get service. The mayor of our city really needs to either find a new staff that's friendlier or find a new job in another city. Time to vote
The 3 women that work in the office are the lazyest fat slobs you jave ever seen and be sure not to ask them to give you assistance ,because they make it look like it's a lot of trouble for them to pry their lazy asses out of the chair and if you can get them to come to the window they are very little help
