Update: bluewave claims they are not responsible. We're going to court
Watch out .. you'll pay for 16.00 premium wash and not get hot wax! Has happened two times in the last month to me! Won't go back. The place is nice but is being worn down fast due to poor management and ownership. Coming from someone who goes there faithfully, I've had enough of being ripped off.
This carwash WILL rip plastic parts off of your vehicle. It ripped the chrome insert off of my 2008 dodge ram 2500 Laramie. That's $150 dollar part. Filled out the damage paperwork and was told "you'll have a decision by Monday if it was our fault or not" WHAT? I paid for my wash. I didn't go into the tunnel and rip it off. How's it NOT your fault? Anyway this review will be modified either way on Monday. I hope lawyers do not have to get involved.
I took my Jeep Wrangler in because it had standing water and mold was beginning grow after Harvey. I attempted to kill the mold with a Vinegar and borax mix that left a white residue on the seats. I took it to aqua car was and paid for them to steam clean the seats and was charged 60.00$, the receipt read "steam clean interior". I went out to check the progress and they basically sprayed water on the seat and vacuumed it up. When I asked why the water was cold they said it always is and they do not have steam. It's a little irritating they charge for something they do not provide.
Paid $16 for the premium wash and the roof railing was blown off on my Silverado. I spoke to a manager and he was in disbelief that I wanted to file a claim over something "this small." He also stated that it was already loose if it had blown off during the drying of the vehicle. This truck is only 2 months old and still brand new!
Don't answer the phone. Bumper fell off during the wash. This place needs new management!
They called me the next day and said that they aren't liable for the damages because I should have taped it down and this happens all the time. If that's the case, the attendants should tape this down on all vehicles prior to them entering the car wash and they should have signs regarding this issue.
